I just want to say "Thank you" for your assistance and speedy response to my phone call to say that the Square Up game I received at Christmas had a cracked board and a mis-shapen tile. The replacement board with complete set of tiles was much appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Last weekend at a Red Cross charity sale I bought a board game called "Atlas Adventures". It is a fantastic game about geography for kids 4 years and up and also for adults. The goal of the game is to complete your world map puzzle and for the adults you also have to answer geography questions. Right, so i get the box home and the question cards are not there. My husband, near 5 year old son and I played the junior game without the cards and loved it. We were disappointed that we couldn't play the adult game due to the lack of question cards so I went to the makers site in the UK http://www.greenboardgames.com/ and I asked if I could buy a questins pack. I explain that the game was second hand and of course I would be willing to pay. Within 24 hours I got a reply...they have found the cards I need and they are sending them to me here in France FOR FREE!!!!! I think this is quite possibly the best service I have ever had. I emailed them back to say that it was not their fault and of course I would pay and the response was, "Consider it a Christmas present from us". So there you go, this company has great games and I think I should share this story with everyone in the hope that you will give their games a look as they are very educational and are in French, Spanish and English. It is so nice to write a good news story.
